With an oxidation level at about 15%, our Finest Jade Pouchong is very lightly oxidized and is as close to a green tea as you'll find in an oolong. Unlike the two leaves and the bud taken for other teas, Amber and Jade Oolongs consist of the entire five to six leaves of the shoot. Pouchong leaves are naturally long and twisted and produce a brilliant light emerald colored liquor that offers incredible body and depth for a lightly oxidized tea.
