TERMS

SpecialTeasforYou.com ships all U.S. bound package orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Foreign bound orders are currently not available in most cases due to custom regulations on our products.

Shipping and handling costs start at $6.00 for tea products and $6.00 for herbal products. A small percentage for shipping is added to the total S&H cost you will see during checkout.

Orders below $25.00 increase our handling costs so we do encourage you to place orders for amounts higher than that. This helps us reduce our costs so we can continue to provide for you quality teas at a sensible price.

CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS
Yes, we do accept mail orders! Please send your order, and payment to Special Teas for You, 1210 E. Plainfield Rd, Oswego, IL, 60543.

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned for any other reason. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. We do not refund shipping costs.
